Sabine was born and raised in Ludwigshafen am Rhein where she completed a 4 year program to become a Staatlich Anerkannte Erzieherin. Soon after immigrating to the US in 1996, she became a Montessori certified educator and has ever since been working in local Montessori programs.

Sabine has many years of experience teaching German to students of all ages. She has been teaching at the DANK Haus Kinderschule, at the College of DuPage, at Lycee Francais de Chicago, and at the German Language School of Naperville under the direction of Angela Jöstlein.

Sabine is currently completing a Graduate Program in Special Education at Lewis University in Romeoville. She is excited to be back at GLSN to teach the Heritage 2 class.
