Teacher
Jacky Lühder grew up in Lower Saxony near the town of Hamelin, famous for the Pied Piper legend.
She studied English and General Studies („Sachunterricht“) for primary school teaching at the University of Hildesheim and worked as a primary school teacher and class teacher at a rural school from 2019 to 2026.
She later obtained an additional qualification as a sports teacher and has always taught the subject with great enthusiasm.
Jacky also lived in Brisbane, Australia, for six months, where she also worked with children.
In her free time, she enjoys being active, spending time outdoors and being around lots of people. She also enjoys acting and performing in theatre.
She is primarily moving to America with her husband because of a professional opportunity he was offered, but she is incredibly excited about living and working in Illinois and exploring America.
She is looking forward to new challenges, meeting new people, discovering new languages and cultures, and working with them.
